Let's be honest, it's a minefield out there of software these days, and it's hard to pick and choose the right one that will do what you need it to, but here is my experience of working with most and which is the best.
PRO's
This is by far and away from the most dynamic software on the market that enables you to do pretty much everything you are going to want to do from a Linkedin Marketing tool. You are able to auto-invite, send messages, follow up messages, endorse, like, invite to follow the company, invite to events, message group members, and scrape data. What more could you ask for?
They also now have a Zapier connection so if you want something more integrated to a CRM or connecting to a further email sequence, you can.
Lastly, they also have an option to add proxies so you can manage multiple accounts, 10 in fact, from 1 computer.
Price: $15 per month, it is also very well priced.
CON's
The downside is you can not email directly from the software so if you want a series of integrated messaging across email and LinkedIn in a series of alternate messaging, you won't be able to.
It is also very complex and if you are a technophobe this is not going to be the right piece of software for you.
You will need to learn and watch quite a few videos before you get it right.
PRO's
Now, these guys are the very best at making a streamlined, easy-to-use, and simple machine. The most ergonomic I have come across and they also have the benefit of email integrated into their sequencing which means you can do alternate messaging.
This makes it the most functional out of all of the software I have come across.
CON's
This was the deal-breaker for me, it would seem when you use their system they do not have enough dedicated proxies and so you might find your account being limited. It happened to me on a number of occasions and so based on that would not recommend it.
Price: $79 a month you pay a premium for the privilege of email functionality
3. Dux-soup.com
PRO's
Nice user interface
CON's
Features don't meet the needs of most marketing professionals and would be limiting for individuals or small teams
Now with their introduction to Waalaxy.com which is their new version with more features it is by far and away one of the easiest tools to use. They have added all the bells and whistles and done with a Fixed IP which means you shouldn't fall into restrictions. They also have SMTP and integration into an email finder to create multiple touchpoints across LinkedIn and email.
PRO's
Has everything you need from an automation tool for both email and LinkedIn
CON's
Quite expensive if you want to have email and Linkedin tools.
Bypassing the restrictions from our experience doesn't work and doesn't convert
Have to pay more and for a separate subscription to do emails
5. onecrm.io
This tool is by far the most advanced LinkedIn tool on the market. It will allow you to create multiple campaigns across both LinkedIn and email and set up Group and event campaigns. You can create saved templates for you and your team and share them seamlessly across all the team.
PRO's
Has everything you need from an automation tool for both email and LinkedIn
Comprehensive template sharing
Ability to add multiple users
More features outside of Linkedin and email available
Cloud-based makes it easier to manage
Inbox management for all campaigns
Tagging
Add to new workflow
Integration into Hubspot
Zapier
CON's
Other features increase cost
Not a nice interface, very clunky and doesn't work as well as it could. I wouldn't recommend it.
Based on everything we can evaluate we would suggest onecrm.io as the most versatile tool on the market.
